Character and Aromas

The Blanc de Noir has a clear, golden yellow colour and a surprisingly fresh scent. With fruity aromas of apples, peach and a hint of citrus. The Blanc de Noir has been aged in used barrels for 9 months. This makes the taste lively and buttery with a round mouthfeel, in which the fruit tones continue and are nicely balanced with a fine mineral undertone. The aftertaste is beautifully clean, with a light spiciness that invites you to take another sip. It is a wine that is both elegant and accessible: not too heavy, but certainly not too light. Perfect for moments when you want to drink something special, without it feeling too complex or 'heavy'.
