Character and aromas

The Linge Bruut has a refined, light mousse that slowly rises in your glass and releases a scent that is reminiscent of citrus, green apple and a subtle hint of brioche. At the first sip you feel the fresh acids that immediately wake you up, with flavors of apple and a hint of peach. The mineral undertones and the fine, dry character provide a nice balance, making the wine easy to drink and not too prominent. It is elegant and smooth, but with enough spice to keep it interesting.
