Conditions Group reservations

These conditions apply to all agreements regarding group bookings.

 

Article 1: The group size

The conditions apply to groups of 8 people or more.

Article 2: The agreement

2.1

The agreement is concluded when both parties agree in writing or verbally. Design & Wijn will always send a confirmation when making a booking or reservation.

2.2

The person who enters into an agreement on behalf of the group is jointly and severally liable for all obligations arising from the agreement.

 

Article 3: Payment

The agreed amount can be paid on site by Pin, Visa, Mastercard or Design & Wine gift card. This applies unless otherwise agreed by email or in writing.

 

Article 4: Travel costs (for tasting on location)

Any travel costs will be clearly communicated in advance. Any parking costs will be settled on the basis of subsequent calculation.

Article 5: Cancellations

5.1

Reducing the number of participants within a margin of 20% is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of your tasting. This applies unless otherwise agreed by email or in writing.

5.2

If a reservation is canceled or more than 50% of the persons drop out. The following amounts will be charged per reservation.

a. If you cancel more than fourteen days before the start of the tasting, nothing will be charged;

b. if canceled less than fourteen days before the start of the tasting, 20% will be charged;

c. in case of cancellation less than seven days before the start of the tasting, the customer is liable to pay 50%;

d. if canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the tasting, the customer is retained 75% of the sum to be paid;

e. if canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the tasting, the customer will retain 100% of the sum to be paid

 

5.3

Cancellations must be made in writing and dated. After that, the last known group size applies.
