Brut Ceramic 375ml – Domain Holset

The Brut Ceramic from Domain Holset, harvest 2020, is a sparkling quality wine. The Brut Ceramic is a full bubble with scents of citrus, apple, chamomile and brioche. After the grapes have been carefully picked by hand, they are assembled and vinified according to the traditional method. After 24 months of maturing on the yeast, the Brut Ceramic was disgorged with a dosage of 10 grams in March 2023.
The soft, full-bodied mousse is created after 24 months of maturing on the yeast.

About the winemaker

Domain Holset is a vibrant winery in the hilly south of Limburg, specializing in locally sourced sparkling wines. Everything is managed in-house: from grape cultivation to the entire winemaking process and the application of traditional methods. They work with great care and in the most sustainable way possible. They operate organically, but without a quality mark.

At the helm is Kirsten Abels, winemaker and director of Domein Holset. In 2023, she was named Wine Woman of the Year. Her signature is evident in every bottle: a certain elegance and refinement that is characteristic of the estate. Visitors can not only sample the sparkling wines and stroll through the vineyards, but also stay overnight in one of the seven unique rooms.
