Natural wine Solaris 2021 – VieVinVjenne

The Natural Wine Solaris comes from the top year 2021. This full dry wine has some tropical fruit characteristics in the nose such as passion fruit and orange peel. The wine gives a full round mouthfeel but texture due to the subtle bitterness. This wine is unfiltered. You can pour the wine quietly as a clear wine, in the second round you can shake it so that you get a cloudy wine. With this process the wine gets more aroma and taste as these substances are better mixed with the wine.

Vineyard VieVinVjenne – Vriezenveen (Twente), Overijssel – NL

Winemaker Marcel Oude-Booijink has arranged his vineyard in such a way that the vines need as little help as possible. For example, he has built roadsides that stimulate biodiversity and his tendrils grow at a height of +-180cm. This helps against frost damage and against fungi. Also, the natural lawnmowers (sheep) run the vineyard all year round. After all, these cannot snack on the grapes, which hang much too high. Marcel also works as pure as possible in the winery.
