Brut Nature Classic – Domain Holset

The Brut Nature Classic – Domein Holset, harvest 2018 is a sparkling quality wine. It is a full bubble with aromas of citrus, fresh red fruit, nuts and brioche. After the grapes have been carefully picked by hand, the assembly and vinification follows according to the traditional method. After 30 months of maturation on the yeast, the Classic was disgorged in September 2021.
The soft, full mousse was created after 30 months of aging on the yeast.

About the winemaker

Domain Holset is a vibrant winery in the hilly south of Limburg, specializing in locally sourced sparkling wines. Everything is managed in-house: from grape cultivation to the entire winemaking process and the application of traditional methods. They work with great care and in the most sustainable way possible. They operate organically, but without a quality mark.

At the helm is Kirsten Abels, winemaker and director of Domein Holset. In 2023, she was named Wine Woman of the Year. Her signature is evident in every bottle: a certain elegance and refinement that is characteristic of the estate. Visitors can not only sample the sparkling wines and stroll through the vineyards, but also stay overnight in one of the seven unique rooms.
