Brut Nature Classic 375ml – Domein Holset

Holset's Brut Nature Classic is a premium sparkling wine. It is full-bodied and sparkling with aromas of citrus, fresh red fruit, nuts, and brioche. After the grapes are carefully hand-picked, the blending and vinification follows according to the traditional method. After 36 months of aging on the lees, the Brut Nature Classic is disgorged without dosage.
The soft, full mousse was created after 36 months of aging on the yeast.

About the winemaker

Domain Holset is a vibrant winery in the hilly south of Limburg, specializing in locally sourced sparkling wines. Everything is managed in-house: from grape cultivation to the entire winemaking process and the application of traditional methods. They work with great care and in the most sustainable way possible. They operate organically, but without a quality mark.

At the helm is Kirsten Abels, winemaker and director of Domein Holset. In 2023, she was named Wine Woman of the Year. Her signature is evident in every bottle: a certain elegance and refinement that is characteristic of the estate. Visitors can not only sample the sparkling wines and stroll through the vineyards, but also stay overnight in one of the seven unique rooms.
