The Linie Wit is an aromatic and fruity wine from North Brabant. This cuvée, made with Gewürztaminer, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling, is refreshing and distinctive. It displays aromas of table grape, lychee, green apple, and blossom. The wine is smooth and refreshing with pleasant acidity. It has a lovely length, giving it an elegant and refined character.
Goes well with
The Linie Wit is perfect for light dishes such as a salad with goat cheese and walnuts, a fish dish with a lemon butter sauce Or even sushi. It's also excellent as an aperitif or at a summer picnic.
About the winemaker
De Linie is one of the oldest vineyards in the Netherlands, producing wine since 1977. After 40 years, the previous winemaker, Marius van Stokkem, handed over the reins to Rudy Schellekens. In the early years, Marius shared much of his knowledge with Rudy to ensure that De Linie wines were produced at a high level. De Linie vineyard produces both a white and a red cuvée.
